Rehabilitation Tax Credit ProgramGuide your project through the tax credit approval process. Services include: existing conditions documentation, resource evaluation; National Register nomination and listing; preservation strategies; and project certification.
Determination of Eligibility/ Survey Forms
Conduct necessary research to complete state survey forms; conduct analysis of the integrity and significance of the cultural resource, and submit a Determination of eligibility letter.

Section 106/Act 250 Regulatory ReviewsAssistance through the Federal and State historic preservation laws. Federal and state laws give U.S. citizens a voice when undertakings/actions affect historic properties. Guide your project through the 106 process in a timely manner and if necessary, provide documentation, evaluation and mitigation measures.
