Guide your project through the tax credit approval process. Services include: existing conditions documentation, resource evaluation; National Register nomination and listing; preservation strategies; and project certification. ​

Conduct necessary research to complete state survey forms; conduct analysis of the integrity and significance of the cultural resource, and submit a Determination of eligibility letter.

Section 106/Act 250 Regulatory Reviews

Assistance through the Federal and State historic preservation laws.  Federal and state laws give U.S. citizens a voice when undertakings/actions affect historic properties.  Guide your project through the 106 process in a timely manner and if necessary, provide documentation, evaluation and mitigation measures.

Other Services

Fundraising Research:
We provide biographical and financial research including prospect research, wealth and asset assessment, prospect identification, relationship network development, and prospect management strategies for individual, corporate, and foundation prospects.

Museum Services - Interpretation, Collections Management, and Programming.
Provide museum interpretation and education strategies; assistance with inventories, cataloging and loan facilitation; writing policies and procedures;  creating interpretive plans; developing plans for growth and expansion, and research/writing for publications.

Genealogy and Ancestry Research:
Provide family research through church records, land, probate, and vital records, census records, city directories, and compiled family histories.


Oral History Programs:
Oversee and manage oral history project oversight and development, including creating interview protocols, selection of narrators, and training staff and volunteers. Management of secondary services, such as transcription, and collection of historical documents and photographs.
